Q: Can I add my branding to any of the gifts?
Yes! Many of our top holiday gifts can be customized with your company logo or through packaging options. Q: If we are doing a bulk branded order, what is the cut-off?
For bulk orders that include branding, we recommend connecting with our team to finalize selections by mid-November. This ensures ample time for production, quality checks, and timely delivery.
Q: Are you already in the Amazon COUPA system?
We are not currently set up in the Amazon Coupa system.
Q: What are all your price groups that we can allow our recipients to choose from?
Our online gift collections range from $30 - $2,500+. No matter which price point you go with, all of our curated collections give them the freedom to select something that feels personal while staying within your budget.
Q: Are the add-ons for the gift wrapping at extra cost to us?

Q: Rather than a branded background for the email, can we add a company logo?
Definitely. Emails sent through our gifting platform can feature your company logo in place of an image. It’s easy to setup through the Customizations option in your Gift Cultivate account. Our team would be happy to show you how!
Q: Is there a minimum number of gifts needed for an on-site event?
No strict minimum! We can accommodate gifting for intimate gatherings or large events. Your account manager can help design an approach that scales perfectly with your event size.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: How do you handle shipping addresses for remote employees?

A: We make it fast and seamless. Once your contract is signed and the deposit is received, we can provide access to your gifting platform on the same day!
Q: If I want my recipient’s gifts to arrive before Christmas, when should I send them?
Online gift redemptions must be made by December 12th at the latest for orders to arrive before Christmas.
