‍‍The 2023 SITE Global Conference will be held in the heart of New York City on February 17th - 20th with the hustle and bustle of the city as a backdrop. In case you’re not familiar, SITE Global’s annual conference offers an excellent opportunity to meet with industry professionals, including Cultivate’s own Windsor Crawford, hear from thought leaders in the field, and learn about the latest trends and technologies. And this year’s conference is guaranteed to be an unforgettable event.

The SITE Global experience.

SITE is deeply committed to the new generation and operates a best-in-class Young Leaders program and dedicated annual conference. Their mission is to “advance the business case for incentive travel and motivational experiences through global connections, education, and advocacy by building and bridging cultures through the transformative power of incentive travel and motivational experiences.” 

This year’s conference will offer attendees a wide range of educational and networking opportunities and feature keynote speakers from some of the leading industry experts, as well as panel discussions and workshops on a variety of topics. Additionally, the conference will offer many opportunities for attendees to connect with one another, from professional networking receptions to casual meet-ups.

Speaking of industry experts, Cultivate’s Senior Business Development Manager Windsor Crawford will not only be attending this year’s conference but is also a part of the Young Leader's Board Committee and is Chair of the Mentorship Program connecting professionals and young leaders in a meaningful way.

Windsor is highly involved with the SITE Young Leader's Mentorship Program and has an ongoing relationship with Rhonda Brewer as her mentor. The SITE Young Leader’s Mentorship Program brings leaders from all around the world face-to-face to collaborate and learn from each other. From staying up to date with industry trends to gaining insight into the industry in general, SITE’s Young Leader’s Mentorship Program turns people into leaders of their industries.

Windsor will be attending the Young Leader's Reception on Saturday at 6:30 PM along with the Chapter Excellence Award Winners & Past Presidents prior to the 50th Anniversary Celebration in the Edison Ballroom. 

She will also be speaking a the Young Leader’s Self Advocacy workshop. This session has been designed to help you believe in and champion yourself as a leader in your field. The workshop includes insights from those who have grown their careers the ‘hard way’ to help you on your fast track. This session will also provide tips and tricks from Incentive Travel experts to help you get the results you want in your career - so don’t miss out!
