FAQs from the webinar: Holiday gifting tips, trends, and how to wow

Would it even be a real webinar if we didn’t ask people to drop their questions in the chat? We didn’t think so either! Tom and team opened the floor for questions, and the inquiries flooded in. Here are answers to the top FAQs from the holiday webinar.

 

Is there a last day to place an order so it arrives before Christmas? November 22nd for all branded and bulk gifts, and December 9th for all online orders.

 

Are there any minimum requirements for your Essentials option? No! You can send one or as many gifts as you’d like at any time!

 

Do curated collections contain items of the same value? If the max spend is a dollar value, can recipients select more than 1 item? All gifts in our collections contain products of identical or similar values. However, our Ticket Programs offer multiple gift collections at various price points. Your recipients will get a set number of tickets to spend however they’d like — they can select multiple gifts or one killer gift that equates to the same value.

 

Is shipping included in the price, or is it added separately? Shipping is billed in addition to the collection price. We offer a $18 flat-rate fee for all gifts redeemed from our Online Gifting platform.

 

Does your platform allow you to see all tracking number information for each gift? Yes! You can track all email activities, redemption, shipping, and delivery all in one place.

 

Can we extend the recipient’s time to redeem gifts? Yes! You can set the redemption window to 30, 60, or 90 days before you send the gift.

 

Can you schedule gifts for birthdays or anniversaries? Yes! With our online platform, you can schedule as many gifts as you’d like. You’ll never have to worry about missing another birthday or work anniversary again!

 

Are you considered a third-party reseller or own the distribution channel? We work directly with our amazing brand partners and suppliers.

 

Can you send gifts internationally? Our platform's Premium subscription allows you to send gifts to international recipients. Schedule a demo today to get a full list of countries, shipping rates, and more!

 

Can we remove specific gifts from a collection? Collections are not editable; our in-house team curates all of our gift collections to offer the right amount of choice for the recipient. The collections are designed with the latest and greatest brands and products with recent redemption data and trends in mind.

 

I'm hosting a pickleball clinic next month for my team of 30. Do you have any pickleball gifts? We sure do! We offer a variety of pickleball gear — from the full setup to branded paddles and accessories.

 

What if a gift recipient wants to return an item - how do you handle that? Our Guest Experience team makes it easy and hassle-free! Here’s our current return policy:

We can exchange some gifts shipped within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges for international orders. Apparel, sunglasses, and OluKai are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Luggage, electronics, jewelry, watches, housewares, recreational items, and self-care products like lotion or candles are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

All items must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed.

Tags must be attached, and you must include any original packaging and any protective cover that the item is shipped in (e.g., shoebox, cellophane bag, etc.).

 

Is there ballpark pricing for on-site gifting? We offer our On-site Gifting collections at various price points — explore all of them in our Lookbook! Additional charges, such as staff fees and freight, will apply. Fill out the form under the Lookbook for a full estimate from our sales team.

 

Are there any gift collections less than $50? There will be very soon! Our Sourcing team is getting ready to launch a $30 online collection. Sign up for Essentials now so you don’t miss it!

 

Do on-site experiences require a subscription or contract, or can they be a one-off program? You can book one or as many On-site Gifting programs with us as you’d like. In fact, the more time we have to plan, the better. We’ll meet you anywhere and deliver an incredible gift experience you and your guests will never forget!

 

If you send gifts out and they are not redeemed, are you still responsible for paying for them? No! You only pay for gifts your recipients redeem.

 

Do you send your people on-site to events? Yes, our On-site Staff are strategically positioned in domestic and international event hot spots to keep costs to a minimum. Check out the US map here (tip: scroll to nearly the bottom of the page)!
